Description: Major renovation of two 1960s office towers including new marble facade, backlit translucent channel glass light box canopy along Sunset Blvd., enhanced exterior lighting, 2 story rooftop color changing glass box, 4 story living wall masking parking structure, innovative glass facade solution on bank lobby, cafe and outdoor dining.
